For information you supply to us through the website forms we will contact you purely in relation to your enquiry. We will use this to communicate with you, answer any questions and to arrange a booking. If you accept the booking then we will continue to contact you regularly by email or telephone solely in relation to your booking.

For technical data which we collect automatically, we use this for internal operations including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes. Again this information is anonymous and does not contain personal information.


How we receive and store this information

If you accept the booking then this information is then transferred into a spreadsheet where we additionally store the date and time of the event booking, party type, party location and price quoted.

This spreadsheet is stored on our personal PC which is backed up and fully protected.

We clear down our spreadsheet at the start of each year, so we may hold your data for up to a year.

Technical information is collected, stored and reported on using Google Analytics.


Customer requests

If you are a Facebooth North East customer you may request to see what information we hold relating to you, free of charge. We can also amend or delete this data on your request.


Third parties

We will never sell or exchange mailing lists of customer information.

However some of our suppliers will have temporary access to your information and we use them to help our service. We only use suppliers who follow GDPR guidelines themselves and are as follows:
